POWER TO THE PEOPLE.

Being part of a post-socialist country in The Balkans, Southeast Europe, our nation has a history of structural violence, complex social interactions and low quality of life. Thus, 30 years after the advent of democracy, we still suffer from a lack of functioning structures at the political, social and cultural levels. This weakens people and makes them unable to face the current challenges in an age marked by crises and emergencies. The destruction of our present dooms our future. Therefore, we believe that technological advances allow people to connect and exchange ideas, organize themselves and improve their knowledge and skills, but most of all - to make their own decisions about how they want to live.

How can we work for it?

  • raising awareness campaigns and public discussions

  • non-formal education (freedom of expression trainings, art therapy sessions, civic engagement workshops)

  • creating surveys & research on social issues

  • producing art and media content

We use a documentary approach to involve people in our activities. We make social art. We create social photography, street art, videos, and projections on buildings. We create visual collections and digitize cultural heritage.
